Your day will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver engineered solutions that meet client needs, while also engaging in both technical and commercial aspects of the role. You will be at the forefront of problem-solving, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and solutions.How You'll Make an Impact
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and production to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Analyze client inquiries to determine needs and requirements from an application standpoint.
  • Conduct basic thermal calculations and apply knowledge of rotor dynamics and blade stresses.
  • Understand and assess mechanical design aspects, including controls, lube systems, and gland seal systems.
  • Develop cost estimates and establish selling prices for proposals in compliance with Siemens Energy policies.
  • Draft and submit proposals, ensuring alignment with client specifications and internal standards.
  • Consolidate order details for project management upon order receipt and support execution through kick-off meetings.
  • Assist in creating sales tools and training materials while contributing to the overall well-being of the Marketing and Sales Department.
What You Bring
  • University degree in Engineering or related field, ideally Energy Engineering
  • We are looking for someone who has already experienced in the field of rotating equipment: steam turbines, pumps, compressors, etc.
  • This position is also suitable for fresh graduate from steam turbine field, but soft skills such as motivation, high energy levels, goal orientation, organizational and time management skills, communication skills are crucial to be successful in this hiring process
  • You are fluent in English, ideally you are fluent in 2 languages
  • Willingness to travel in order to present to clients (around 15 %)
