  • Evaluation of the status and function of the process, procedure, assembly technology
  • Analysis of work, work and time studies with regard to production efficiency, suggesting changes
  • Validation of new production processes, collaboration on the implementation of technological changes and innovation activities
  • Technical supervision at workplaces, checking compliance with work procedures
  • Evaluating costs, optimising tooling and workflow choices
  • Designing and implementing investments to optimise production processes
  • Reporting, creating analyses and statistics
RequirementsWhat we expect:
  • University degree in a technical field
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
  • Experience in lean manufacturing
  • Experience in automation, optimization, documenting work instructions
  • Knowledge of working with CAD/CAM automated production control systems an advantage
  • Knowledge of working with in-house ERP systems (e.g. ORACLE, SAP, etc.) an advantage
  • English at a communicative level in written and verbal form is a must
  • Team player, creativity, flexibility, personal initiative
  • Knowledge of the Czech language is essential.
