Project Manager (Construction & Real Estate)

• Participate on or lead complex, exciting, and innovative projects in building construction, logistics, and various industrial sectors.
• Take full responsibility for assigned construction projects, applying technical expertise to strengthen the capabilities of the project team.
• Ensure project delivery meets client expectations regarding schedule, budget, design, and quality.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively manage any escalations to keep projects on track.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively contribute to business development across diverse industries.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, serving as the primary point of contact for all project and operational matters.
• Conduct technical due diligence.
• Collaborate across disciplines and locations within our project teams.

• University degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, property or construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
• Firm knowledge of the building permit process, occupancy permit process, and construction law requirements in accordance with Czech legislation.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction-related matters.
• Solid background in project management.
• Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Persuasive and assertive team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Resilience combined with entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Fluent in Czech and English; solid working proficiency in German.
