Shift Supervisor

• Ensures that all production processes are as efficient as possible.
• Ensures that all employees act in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identifies operator performance issues and ensures their training.
• Organizes and schedules production to appropriate locations.
• Notifies supervisor of any production delays or operator absences.
• Ensures continuous operation from start to finish of shift.
• Ensures that all employees follow all safety procedures.
• Performs tasks necessary for smooth production operation.
• Ensures quality handover of shift to next shift.
• Ensures proper production supplies.
• Ensures all necessary documentation is provided on time for their shift.
• Cooperates in planning the number of workers.
• Cooperates with the quality department.
• Cooperates with the HR coordinator on selected tasks.
• Coordination and distribution of temporarily assigned employees.
• Responsibility for meeting production deadlines, solving ad hoc problems in production.
• Telephone emergency.

• High school diploma is preferred.

• Internship in a manufacturing company.

• Positive work ethic, proactive approach.

• Computer literacy.

• Good attendance.

• Willingness to work in shifts.
