- Partner with Talent Acquisition to highlight trends and achievements using data storytelling.

- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Support the People Operations team with general HRIS, compliance, and operational tasks as needed.
- Step into hands-on work to keep things running smoothly - from data entry to helping deliver team-wide initiatives.
- Balance time between deep data work and the practical needs of a growing People function.
- Drive improvements in HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting processes.
- Lead data compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Champion automation initiatives, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual work through technology solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and HR functions to enhance systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and implement solutions that optimize processes.
- Manage HRIS and other relevant platforms, ensuring data integrity, usability, and automation opportunities.
- Work closely with Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance to align People strategies with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to foster a data-driven approach to employee engagement.
- Proactively engage with other People teams to champion analytics-driven projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Ability to tell a compelling story through data and insights.
