- Start date: October
- Duration: 6 months (can be extended)
- Working hours: 20 hours per week
- Working model: remote
- Location: Czech Republic
- Support remote sales activities of Medtronic's products within assigned customer accounts in a specific territory to help achieve sales goals.
- Help identify potential leads and business opportunities and refer them internally when appropriate.
- Assist in gathering input on new markets, new product introductions and existing products or supplies.
- Support the commercial team in promoting education of the company's products and/or services when appropriate.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
- Actively reach out and communicate with customers on new products, current campaigns to generate new interest
- Collaborate with technical consultants on shared accounts in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including lead qualification, sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
- Currently studying a higher education degree (bachelor or master); graduating in 2027
- Fluency in both English and Czech languages
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g. online meetings, digital content sharing, social media)
- Basic knowledge or exposure to CRM systems
- Willingness to learn new things and develop personal potential
- Sales background
- Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
- Interested in optimization and improvement work
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
