While cross-team collaboration is key to successful delivery, the role remains strongly grounded in hands-on engineering and technical implementation.Operating at the intersection of AI engineering and enterprise system integration, this role plays a key part in accelerating scalable, secure AI adoption across the organization.Join our AI Center of Excellence and help transform distributed AI initiatives into scalable, secure, and business-ready solutions.About the TeamYou will join the central AI function, acting as a cross-functional integration hub across AI Development, Data Practice, RMT, BPA, and other automation teams.Our mission is to:Accelerate enterprise AI adoption through practical, high-impact solutionsReduce duplication and fragmentation across AI initiativesBuild reusable architectures and shared AI componentsEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-readyWe operate at the intersection of AI engineering, enterprise integration, and business transformation.What You Will DoDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and automation solutionsRapidly prototype AI use cases and convert them into production-ready applicationsBuild AI services, APIs, and integrations supporting enterprise workflowsIntegrate AI models into ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other enterprise systemsDevelop reusable components, integration patterns, and shared servicesEnsure solutions meet enterprise security, scalability, and architecture standardsContribute to AI integration standards and technical best practicesEvaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed and ROIIn This Role You WillFocus primarily on hands-on AI development and solution implementationWrite production-grade Python code and build deployable AI servicesTranslate business AI use cases into scalable working applicationsIntegrate AI models into enterprise platforms and operational workflowsCollaborate with AI, data, and automation teams across the organizationIdentify opportunities for technical reuse and shared architectureEnsure solutions comply with enterprise security and responsible AI guidelinesDocument solutions and support knowledge transfer across teamsRole Focus65–70% Hands-on AI Development & Solution Building20–25% Cross-team Integration & Collaboration5–10% Standards, Architecture & GovernanceSkills & Experience3+ years experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or AI-enabled system integrationStrong development skills in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace)Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIsSolid understanding of data pipelines, orchestration, and system integrationExperience with cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus)Proven ability to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from concept to deploymentUnderstanding of AI governance and responsible AI principlesFamiliarity with MLOps practices and AI lifecycle managementExperience with low-code / no-code platforms (Power Platform, RPA) is a plusWhat We OfferHybrid work model (3 days office / 2 days remote)A strategic role within the central AI function with high visibility and impactOpportunity to shape enterprise AI integration standardsWork on cross-functional, business-critical AI initiativesCombination of hands-on engineering and strategic influenceAgile and pragmatic way of workingKey SkillsAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
