Key ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including reporting to the parent companyAnalyze business unit performance (profit center controlling)Control and monitor investments, tools, and assets under constructionProject controlling with a strong commercial focusCost center and cost object accountingMaterial cost controlling, inventory management, and stock valuationPreparation of KPIs and scorecards for management steeringAd-hoc analyses and derivation of actionable recommendationsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processesYour ProfileDegree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification with a focus on ControllingSeveral years of controlling experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentSolid knowledge of HGB accounting standardsStrong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and production processesExcellent Excel skills; SAP FI/CO knowledge is an advantageVery good German and/or very good English skills, Czech is a mustStructured, independent, and results-oriented working style
