Drive building scalable, secure and highly-available Authentication and Authorization systems (services, SDKs) that support the whole family of M365 products (Outlook, Teams, Copilot). Translate business requirements into a strategy for systems solutions, measure success with data. Identify opportunities for standardization, create business plan for implementation and adoption. Provide feedback and influence feature teams how to best create and use data for their scenarios. Partner with other Product and Engineering Groups to drive execution and demonstrate end to end ownership of complex, cross-group projects to successful completion. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development Solid problem solving and analytical skills, with experience and passion for cloud-scale services. Experience with customer-driven engineering, unpacking customer/developer needs into system requirements and design. Experience with Software as a Service business models. Willingness to build deep understanding of Auth domain. Proven ability to develop product strategy and roadmap, and drive project execution. History of clearly articulating project status, blockers, and outstanding actions to all stakeholders, including senior management. Demonstrated success in creating an environment that fosters delivering results through collaboration in cross-organization projects with sense of personal ownership and accountability. History of defining necessary data in order to efficiently make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Previous experience working in Security, Identity or AuthN/AuthZ domain. Previous experience and expertise in networking. Previous experience in software engineering or software architecture design. Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field.
