As a Loss Prevention Coordinator, you will play a key role in security and loss prevention across our stores and headquarters. You will design strategies, analyze risks, and ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and with style – across the CZ / DE / UK region.What you’ll do
  • Lead loss prevention strategies and reduce risks
  • Run audits and ensure security compliance
  • Train teams and share best practices
  • Collaborate across CZ, DE & UK with internal and external partners
  • Use data to minimize losses and protect sensitive information
  • Be part of international 6 members' team with District Manager as head of department
  • ✈️ This role involves frequent travel (approx. 80–90%) from Monday to Friday, both by car and air
Who we are looking for
  • An independent and well-organized professional
  • A colleague communicative in English, German, and ideally in Czech
  • An analytical thinker with attention to detail and knowledge of AI tools
  • A strong communicator with experience with communication with Germany
  • Someone willing to travel within the assigned region (CZ / DE / UK) - we don't need you to be based in Prague
  • We don't need deep experience in loss prevention or security - if you worked in a store in the past and have ability to learn, send us your CV
