- Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Assist users with product troubleshooting, technical questions, and account support
- Deliver clear and professional communication while resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
- Adapt quickly to new tools, updates, and product features
- C1/C2 Dutch (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic support environment
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Interest in technical troubleshooting and digital services
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
- Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
- Performance Bonus: €135/month × 12 months
- Attendance Bonus: €120/month × 11 months
- Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
