
Payroll Accountant with Russian and English

- Calculating and accruing wages and salaries in accordance with local regulations
- Calculating and accruing allowances and other benefits in accordance with local regulations
- Reviewing cost sheets and supporting documents
- Reviewing time sheets
- Generating payrolls and registers for bank payments
- Accounting and reporting of payroll costs
- Reporting to HR and supporting budget performance assessment
- Participation in local audits
- Participating in and/or coordinating projects related to company services and processes
- Handling ad hoc questions, tasks, and projects within functional responsibility or as requested by the manager
- Performing other tasks as per management assignment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll accounting
- Strong knowledge of payroll, HR management, and related labor legislation
- Accounting education or proven knowledge in the field
- People orientation, relationship-building skills, and stress resistance
- Proficiency in SAP HR, SAP R3, and MS Excel
- Good understanding of online banking systems
- Awareness of the local client and economic environment, together with market trends
- English and Russian language skills at upper-intermediate level or higher
