You will build trusted partnerships with dealers and transportation companies, deliver expert product guidance and support customers in choosing the solutions that drive their business forward. Whether you are early in your career or bringing prior experience, this role offers a clear path for professional growth supported by thorough training and a collaborative team environment.What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and transportation companies in Prague and selected regions of BohemiaDrive sales growth by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable Goodyear productsSupport the distribution network through customer training sessions and product presentationsProvide technical guidance to partners (training included)Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and follow-throughCollaborate with marketing and customer service teams to deliver an excellent customer experienceAchieve sales targets and contribute to team performanceWhat You’ll BringBasic QualificationsUniversity degree (business, economics, technical field or similar)Fluent Czech and English on at least upper-intermediate (B2) levelValid category B driver’s licenseProfessional experience in client-facing rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsPrevious sales experience in B2B or technical productsExperience in the automotive or transportation sectorProficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel, including pivot tables)We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
