next job was about...Joining a collaborative HR community as an essential part of our Automotive Replacement Glass (ARG) team in Chuderice? Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner for ARG Europe, you would be at the heart of our operations, shaping the future of our production unit.Your mission would be to:

Driving the full employee lifecycle: From leading recruitment and onboarding for our production colleagues to managing their entire journey with us.
Becoming a trusted partner: Acting as the go-to expert for managers and employees on all HR matters, fostering positive employee relations, and organizing key events and training.
Championing people development: Leading our core development processes, including performance management, career and succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Making a strategic impact: Implementing key European HR projects, promoting our company values, and helping to build a unified and purpose-driven culture.
Guiding business decisions: Providing insightful reports and analysis to local and European management to help steer our strategy.

Are you the perfect match ?We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. Do you fit this profile?

Do you hold a Master's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Sociology, or Business Administration?
Do you have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR roles including talent management?
Are you a native or equivalent Czech speaker with working proficiency in English? Additional European languages are a welcome bonus!
Can you demonstrate a true “partnership” attitude with internal customers and proactively communicate with all stakeholders?
Are you autonomous, problem solving oriented and a strong team player?
