- Design and maintain the standard OneSource statutory reporting setup, aligned with ERP structures and local statutory requirements
- Drive integration between OneSource and ERP systems via Polaris and lead the global implementation and rollout of OneSource in line with the approved project plan
- Manage the business case, including implementation costs and expected benefits
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Group functions, business areas, local entities, auditors, financial hubs, and external consultants
- Establish and manage a strong partnership with the OneSource software provider
- Ensure a structured transition from local statutory preparation to financial hubs, including training and ongoing support
- Set up a sustainable process to monitor and implement statutory reporting changes across countries and drive continuous improvements toward further standardization
- Enable efficient onboarding of newly acquired companies
- Ensure timely statutory reporting for all transitioned entities in close collaboration with Internal Audit
- Provide regular status updates to the Steering Committee
- Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong background in finance reporting, including statutory reporting and audit
- Proven experience managing complex global finance processes and large-scale implementations
- Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Experience with SAP or similar financial systems
- Ability to lead and coordinate virtual teams across multiple locations
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
