Join the LEGO® Group and play a key role in our newly established Compliance, Tax & Legal Operations function within Business Service Operations (BSO)!Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Legal Operations Consultant, you will take ownership of corporate governance and secretarial activities across the LEGO Group’s legal entity portfolio. Your key responsibilities include:Managing company secretarial activities, including director and officer changes, dividend distributions, updates to articles of association, and maintenance of statutory registersPreparing, reviewing, and coordinating board and shareholder documentation, including resolutions, meeting materials, and minutesEnsuring compliance with internal policies and external corporate law requirements across all legal entitiesFacilitating notarization, apostille, and legalization of documents for a global portfolio of entitiesSupporting and driving governance-related projects, including process optimization, standardization, and digitalization initiativesDrafting and reviewing legal documents related to corporate administration and entity managementMaintaining accurate, well-organized, and confidential corporate records across multiple jurisdictionsThis position is based in Prague – Jinonice, and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.Play your part in our team succeedingCompliance, Tax & Legal Operations is part of the global Business Service Operations (BSO) organization, enabling efficient, scalable, and consistent legal and compliance services across regions!In this role, you will act as a key enabler for the LEGO Group’s legal entity structure, supporting more than 45 active entities and helping ensure that governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and statutory obligations are handled with quality and integrity.Do you have what it takes?Proven experience with corporate governance and company secretarial duties in multinational organizations or law firmsStrong understanding of corporate law principles and governance frameworks (formal legal qualification not required)Ability to communicate complex legal and governance requirements clearly to non-legal interested partiesStrong drafting skills for corporate and governance-related legal documentsExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple entities and deadlinesCollaborative, proactive, and curious approach with a strong sense of ownershipComfort working with IT tools, document management systems, and legal tech platformsWhat would be an advantage?Experience working with Danish corporate law requirements and governance practicesBackground from a law firm, in-house legal team, or corporate secretarial function#li-eb2#LI-Hybrid#bsopragueApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
