- Gathering information and data, document sorting, handling contract related Q&A
- Administrative tasks related to contracts registrations and filing
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Project management related activities (meeting agenda preparation, progress reporting, etc.)
- Drafting reports, correspondence, and other documents
- Legal background (Master/Bc degree in Law, or in higher year of legal studies)
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Previous experience with contracts and contracts analysis
- Excel and MS Office skills
- You are well organized, with an eye on detail
- You have good communication skills
- You are keen to learn
