Area of work:As IT Governance Specialist in the IT Risk & Information Domain Unit of IT Governance, Risk & Transformation (GRT) you will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO/COO team. The position will be instrumental in shaping the future IT Risk and Information Domain Unit, directly supporting the Unit Head to achieve the intended outcomes.In our fast-paced and technology-driven business, we rely on IT not only to support day-to-day operations but to innovate, grow, and transform.   • You focus on our DBG central IT Shared SDS governance, negotiation and change process
  • You will be responsible to manage the end-to-end process-governance managing our services and report also on their quality
  • You actively support departmental presentations of indicators and results, including suggestions to senior audiences and steering communication and escalation if needed
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT Governance and/or IT Risk Management with regard to contract management
Your profile:
  • You have completed your university degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or similar
  • You ideally have proven skills in designing and implementing (IT) risk management frameworks and contracts
  • CGEIT, CRISC or similar certification(s) preferred
  • You are highly familiar with IT regulatory requirements, especially DORA
  • You are knowledgeable in IT processes and open to modern technologies (e.g. Cloud, AI) and methodologies
  • A proactive and hands-on mentality with emphasis on teamwork and strong communication skills rounds off your profile
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset
