- Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness;
- Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement;
- Speak and write Italian (B2+) and English (B2+) fluently;
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Are able to multitask effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paste environment;
- Have excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
- Are experienced in relevant software systems (e.g., CRM, claims management software);
