- 2+ years of experience in Payments / Fintech / PSP / iGaming
- Experience managing clients independently
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure
- Experience handling high client load
- Experience with SLA and escalation processes
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Jira / Redmine / Confluence
- Russian - native, English - B2+
- Experience in merchant integrations
- Experience in technical support within payment systems
- Strong analytical mindset
- Manage merchant onboarding and activation process
- Prepare commercial offers tailored to client needs
- Coordinate contract signing and provider connection
- Lead integration communication between client and provider
- Independently manage Tier 1 clients
- Monitor SLA, ticket statuses, and escalations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities (new GEOs, payment methods, providers)
- Conduct regular client check-ins
- Maintain documentation and internal reporting
- Represent client interests internally and company interests externally
