The Role: Senior Product Owner (Maternity Cover) We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to take the lead on our Salesforce platform - a cornerstone of our global business operations. You'll own the product strategy and execution, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive the delivery of impactful features within an Agile/Scrum environment. This is a contract/freelance position (IČO) covering maternity leave - possibility to cooperate in long-term basis.
What You'll Do:Define and deliver the Salesforce product roadmap (Service Cloud focus)
Translate business needs into clear backlog items
Prioritize features based on business goals and data
Lead and collaborate with engineering teams to roll out new functionalities
Review and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria
Align with global stakeholders - flexibility for US time zones required - you can manage your working hours by yourselfPožadujemeYour skills:3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
Strong command of Salesforce Service Cloud (or any familier CRM)
Tech-savvy with a background in IT or Computer Science
Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Excellent communication skills in English
Certifications such as SFDC Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Administrator, or SPOC are a big plus
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
