- Development of the assigned region (Bohemia), including comprehensive care for existing customers such as designers, architects, investors, construction companies, utility network operators, and distributors
- Product and sales consulting and active support for business partners.
- Product and solution presentations to customers and increasing brand awareness (client seminars)
- Collaboration with management on business strategy and demand planning
- Reporting sales results and market insights
- Training or organizing trainings sessions for distributors, technical companies & installers to create demand.
- Monitoring competitor’s activity, collecting and updating information about prices & products.
- Planning in details weekly activity, making weekly reports of activity, making monthly report & identifying opportunities and threats of sales in his/her region (CRM activities)
- Experience in a technical sales position with proven sales results
- Good command of English (and Czech)
- Commercial mindset, effective communication skills, ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Presentation and organizational skills
- Independence, reliability, initiative-taking approach to work, motivation for personal and career growth
- Frequent business travel (Bohemia and across Czech Republic), at least one day in the office (Prague / Vestec)
- Technical education, Bachelor's (or higher) degree in engineering construction
- At least 5 years of experience as Sales Engineer in Infrastructure preferably in a similar industry (fittings, water / gas piping solutions / drainage solutions for infrastructure, utility, industry)
- Sales, Negotiation & Communication skills
- Strong command Czech language, English will be a considered as plus.
- MS Office – advanced
