
Senior HRIS Analyst

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system updates, data integrity, and security
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information and to address the HR data inconsistencies to stakeholders (including advanced Workday PRISM functionality)
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of the HRIS
- Ensure HRIS compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead (and participate) HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations
- Identify barriers to meeting goals and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Maintain awareness of current IT projects across PPG and planned HR technology projects.
- Collaborate with HRIS vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance
- Translate business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements for application development
- Prepare detailed specifications/requirements together with stakeholders from which Workday will be developed
- Stay up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases to support our HR teams
- Conduct data quality reviews for Global data set, monitor and correct processing errors
- Propose innovative technical solutions to improve customer experience
- Proficiency and strong understanding with following WD technology: WD HCM, EIBs, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Discovery Boards
- 4+ years of HCM / in HRIS administration or a similar role
- High proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SNOW, UKG Kronos – advantage) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing HRIS projects and initiatives
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
- Experience with leading in IT projects/initiatives
- Ability to manage large quantities of data and conduct root cause analysis to identify and triage inconsistencies and errors
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Good decision making, analysis skills
