- Understanding of data flows, interfaces, integrations, and data quality validation
- Ability to review and challenge technical deliverables, architectures, and requirements
- Experience with AWS (S3), CMDB, and enterprise integration patterns
- Familiarity with infrastructure & cybersecurity technologies (AV, EDR, EPP, VM, CSPM, DLP)
- Competence with ITSM processes (incidents, tickets, action tracking)
- Advantage: knowledge of NIST CSF, NIS2, cloud/on?prem environments
- Strong end?to?end IT project delivery across scope, timeline, budget, dependencies
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive structured outcomes
- Skilled in risk/issue management, governance, and phase?gate processes
- Experience validating outputs from internal teams third?party vendors
- Ability to build and embed BAU processes and operational models
- Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and external partners
- Excellent communication from executive level to technical detail
- Proactive, hands?on, accountable delivery mindset
- Proficiency in agile waterfall; certified (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master)
- Ability to lead cross?functional teams and coordinate diverse contributors
- Structured, pragmatic, results?focused execution style
