- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Czech
- Assist users with e-commerce inquiries, orders, and product information
- Provide guidance on services, platform features, and policies
- Handle customer requests with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
- Manage high contact volumes during promotion and peak seasons
- C1/C2 Czech (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online services
- Ability to make rational decisions and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments during high-volume periods
- Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 (rotational shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
- Base Salary: €920 gross × 14 months
- Attendance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months
- Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
- Welcome Bonus: €1,500 (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year)
