- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the division's overall full funnel media strategy, aligning with the CDMO's vision and brand objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to Golden Rules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-brand and multi-divisional digital projects related to media, as well as 1st party data activation. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across brands, divisions, and the agency.
- Upskilling & Development: Upskill brand, commercial and medical teams to enhance their expertise, influencing best practices through guidance and collaboration.
- Media Expertise: Have a deep understanding of media platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Analytical Skillset: Prepare data analysis and reporting, with a focus on ROI and performance optimization.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and execution.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A university degree.
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.
