- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles.
- Work with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements.
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain ATS data in line with compliance requirements.
- Support pipeline development for ongoing hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with Czech labour legislation and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience within healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
- Exposure to medical sales and/or medical affairs roles.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Fluent English is required.
- Fluency Czech and other European languages is desired.
