Senior Payroll Specialist

• Process and validate payroll inputs with external payroll providers
• Review gross-to-net results and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• Support onboarding and offboarding payroll activities
• Handle payroll reporting, audits, controls, and reconciliations
• Resolve complex employee payroll queries
• Maintain payroll documentation and improve processes

• 2-3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in SSC or international environment
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers
• Strong Excel/data skills
• Workday experience preferred
• Fluent English (Additional language is a plus)
