You responsibilities

Problem-solving of technical challenges by phone and email
Responding to customer inquiries
Updating customer databases and CRM

We are looking for

Fluent or almost fluent in speech and writing in both English and Danish
Good social skills, same flair for IT
Looking for a long-term position abroad in an exciting company
