Job Category: Product ManagementJob Description:Resideo is looking for a Product Specialist to support our European Product Management team across our entire water product portfolio.In this role, you'll work closely with teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance to help drive the development, promotion, and profitability of our water solutions. You'll also play a key part in supporting product lifecycle activities-from strategy and pricing to new product introductions and commercial launches.We're looking for someone with a strong technical mindset to work closely with our Product Managers and become a go-to expert across our water product range. You'll support day-to-day team activities while proactively identifying new ways to add value and drive continuous improvement.JOB DUTIES:
  • Partnering with Product Managers to support day-to-day activities and act as their right hand in driving product success
  • Collaborating with NPI and marketing teams to help define product specifications for new developments
  • Conducting sales analysis to assess the profitability of our water product portfolio
  • Supporting the launch of new products in coordination with the marketing team
  • Maintaining and updating product datasheets to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Managing product information updates on the company website
  • Assisting with customer-specific requests, such as private label activities
  • Working with sales and regulatory teams to evaluate market readiness and compliance for product launches in specific regions
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and add value across the product lifecycle
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • A passion for all things technical - we welcome both recent engineering graduates and candidates with hands-on technical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude and a naturally curious mindset
