- Participates in market research, including processing the results
- Prepares internal reports based on market sectors and company focus
- Creates various types of presentations
- Plans and coordinates meetings, manages calendars, handles phone calls
- Prepares materials and takes notes from management meetings
- Organizes meetings, arranges business trips, and collaborates on company events
- Performs ad-hoc tasks
- University or secondary education in economics or technical field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with creating presentations in MS PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Czech and English (spoken and written) – 70% of the time working with colleagues from other regions
- Responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, organizational skills, positive attitude, and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to handle stress (last-minute requests, changes, etc.)
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Category B driving license
