Job Purpose:The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and profitability of the Video Conferencing and Display Solutions portfolio within the Maverick division at TD SYNNEX.Maverick is a specialized business unit focused on AV/IT convergence, delivering end-to-end solutions across video collaboration, digital signage, professional displays, and workplace technologies. The role combines product ownership, vendor management, and go-to-market execution to ensure sustainable growth and strong market positioning.Responsibilities:Own and drive the assigned product portfolio strategy, including vendor selection, positioning, and lifecycle managementDefine and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and vendor teamsGrow profitable revenue and market share in alignment with the Business Unit strategyAct as the key point of contact for vendors, building strong partnerships and driving joint business plansIdentify and onboard new vendors and solutions to expand and strengthen the portfolioSupport and enable sales teams with product knowledge, solution positioning, and commercial guidanceDrive solution-based selling, including video conferencing, collaboration tools, and display technologiesCollaborate on key opportunities, tenders, and large deals where product expertise is requiredMonitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt strategy and identify growth opportunitiesEnsure optimal pricing, margins, and overall portfolio profitabilityWork closely with marketing on campaigns, launches, and demand generation activitiesEngage with key customers and partners to support business development and strengthen relationshipsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, and vendor teamsKnowledge Skills and ExperienceStrong commercial and business acumenCustomer- and solution-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and enable sales teamsStrong ownership and accountabilityStrategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilityHigh level of initiative and proactivityStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to structure and drive business activitiesHigh energy, self-motivation, and resilienceGood analytical skills and numerical thinkingKnowledge of video conferencing, AV/IT, or display technologies is a strong advantageUnderstanding of the IT channel, vendors, and competitive landscapeExperience with SAP (R3) and Business Warehouse is an advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)University degree in business or related field is an advantageExperience in vendor or product management is a plusKey SkillsAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
