- Deliver high-quality customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding mortgage inquiries
- Assist customers with understanding mortgage products, application processes, and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer questions and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance services and product offerings
- Stay updated on mortgage trends and regulatory changes that may affect customers
- Fluency in Czech and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in finance or mortgage industries, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Interest in the mortgage industry and helping customers make informed decisions
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
