- Partner with People leadership to support People initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, payroll, legal, and finance to operationalize policies and programs.
- Support employee relations, compliance work, and special projects as needed.
- Own and improve People systems, processes, and documentation to make life easier for employees and managers.
- Build scalable, employee-friendly programs for a distributed workforce, including both exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Provide expert guidance on benefits, leave administration, and other complex employee queries.
- Translate People Ops strategy into practical, field-ready processes that work across geographies.
- Act as project lead across People initiatives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and keeping projects on track from planning through to execution and communication.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the Performance Review cycle, coordinating across People OPS, HRBPs, managers, and leadership to deliver a consistent and well-governed process.
- Continuously analyze and recommend improvements to People programs, ensuring they are equitable, scalable, and aligned with both employee needs and business goals.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in high-growth or scaling companies.
- Experience and expertise in supporting all back-end work related to Employee Performance cycles is essential. This entails building performance spreadsheets managed by HRBPs, managing all equity and compensation downloads to said spreadsheet, etc)
- Good understanding of compliance and administration/management of the People Operations Jira ticketing system
- Experience managing HR programs for distributed workforces across Europe.
- A love for building and improving processes, with a strong systems mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills. You work well with everyone from employees to executives.
- A good grasp of Czech labor laws is needed.
- Comfort working in HRIS platforms, benefits systems, and handling data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience building HR programs in a Series B-E startup.
- Hands-on experience across other People areas: onboarding, performance management, policy development, change management, and compliance.
