Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance-based commissionsAbout the ProjectYou will represent a fast-growing hospitality booking platform and contact hotels, guesthouses, and accommodation providers to introduce partnership opportunities. Your goal is to explain the value proposition, negotiate terms, and onboard new properties to the platform.This is a B2B outbound sales role.Responsibilities
- Proactively contact hotels and accommodation providers
- Present the platforms partnership model and benefits
- Handle objections and negotiate collaboration terms
- Close partnership agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Meet and exceed performance targets

- English level C2 (mandatory)
- Fluency in at least one Eastern European language (such as Romanian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, or similar)
- Proven experience in outbound sales or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confident communication style and persuasive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage targets
- Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices
- Experience in hospitality, travel, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Results-driven and performance-oriented
- Highly organized and resilient
