- Provide legal advice on external workforce topics, including worker classification, co-employment risks, and country-specific labor regulations
- Support the development and implementation of workforce policies and compliance frameworks
- Provide legal input on supplier agreements and contracting with external workforce providers
- Advise on legal and compliance aspects of AI tools used in HR processes (e.g., worker classification or sourcing)
- Participate in cross-functional governance forums and act as an escalation point for legal matters
- Support audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of workforce governance processes

Contract length: 12 monthsPožadavky
- Master's degree in Law, ideally with specialization in labor or employment law
- 5+ years of legal experience in labor law, employment regulations, or workforce governance
- Strong understanding of procurement contracting and commercial negotiations
- Knowledge of global labor regulations and cross-border workforce engagement
- Experience with legal or compliance aspects of AI technologies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- 5 weeks of annual leave
