Come join us and gain experience that will open the doors to the world of industrial technology!Who is the TRAINEE PROGRAM designed for?For those who are full-time students at a Czech university.We are looking for you if:

You are an active student in a technical field at university.
You speak English - you will be part of an international team.
You are independent - you don't need to be guided step by step, and if you don't know something, you're not afraid to ask.
You have the courage to communicate.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with 3D CAD software.

What will be your responsibilities?

Support senior technologists in the development and optimization of production processes.
Collaborate on the implementation of new technologies and materials in production.
Analyze production processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Participate in testing and implementing innovative solutions in manufacturing.
Engage in the design of workplaces and processes utilizing automation and digitization.
Get insights into technical documentation and actively participate in the production process.
Reporting data on a regular basis.
