
Receptionist & Finance Support (maternity cover)

- End-to-end management of reception activities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees’ queries
- Incoming calls and their transfer
- Manage an electronic mailbox
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers services
- Entry cards management
- Support Finance department - invoice registration and scanning, monthly closure of car log, contracting and data input
- Provision of orders for office supplies
- Provision of refreshment (kitchen, training, company events)
- Communication with building management
- Management of meeting rooms
- Coordinator for fire drills and safety and health environment initiatives
- Additional projects and duties as assigned and relevant to the role
- High school Degree
- Fluent Czech language and advanced level of English written and spoken
- Some administrative work experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to be able to connect with different stakeholders
