Job DescriptionWe are Infosys Czech Republic.We offer business consulting, technology and engineering solutions and end-to-end transformative business process management services to some of the world's most iconic brands.Your tasks in detail:
  • Be assigned to one future-oriented, long-lasting, and eminent corporation client
  • Be responsible for a remote technical/administrative troubleshooting of the accounts, systems, applications, laptops, PCs, related equipment, networks of the employees of the client
  • Be a coordinator and active participant in the communication via phone, emails, chats, ticketing tool (ServiceNow) with the Client, professional technicians (L1 support)
  • Be a member of the international, dynamic, and innovative company environment
