- Delivering proactive, high-quality service to our customers via phone, email, and our ticketing system (Salesforce).
- Processing and managing sales orders in SAP, including electronic orders.
- Supporting our sales team with order-related queries and ensuring accurate pricing and discounts.
- Coordinating with factories, distribution centers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.
- Maintaining customer, material, and pricing master data in SAP and Salesforce.
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer-facing processes.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in Czech and English (you'll use it for daily communication and training).
- Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus - but don't worry, we'll train you!
