- Agile Leadership & Coaching
- Serve as a Scrum Master for two to max three dedicated development teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum and Agile best practices.
- Coach teams and individuals on Agile mindset, Scrum events, roles, and artifacts.
- Support the organization’s Agile maturity by promoting self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Scrum Event Facilitation
- Facilitate and ensure effectiveness of all Scrum ceremonies.
- Encourage meaningful participation and ensure events deliver clear outcomes and actionable improvements.
- Delivery & Execution Support
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure: Well-groomed, prioritized, and clearly defined backlogs Clear sprint goals and acceptance criteria
- Help teams deliver sprint commitments by: Identifying and removing impediments Managing dependencies across teams and platforms (Salesforce, Angular, APIs) Supporting predictable, sustainable delivery
- Stakeholder & Dependency Management
- Act as a key liaison between delivery teams and stakeholders (IT, business, architecture, QA, DevOps).
- Manage and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely and transparent manner.
- Support alignment across Salesforce and Angular technology stacks, including release coordination.
- Metrics, Transparency & Reporting
- Track and communicate Agile delivery metrics such as: Velocity Sprint predictability Burndown / burn-up Team health indicators
- Use metrics to support data-driven improvement rather than performance policing.
- Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and outcomes through Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Continuous Improvement & Quality
- Facilitate retrospectives that result in concrete improvement actions.
- Promote agile engineering and delivery practices.
- Encourage collaboration between Salesforce and Angular teams to improve end-to-end solution quality.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar delivery role within software development teams
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. medical devices, pharma, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries)
- Strong pragmatic agile mindset – able to adapt, pivot, and work effectively outside of “textbook” frameworks
- Strong personality and communication skills:
- Confidence to challenge incomplete or unclear requirements
- Ability to push back constructively with business stakeholders
- Comfortable facilitating difficult discussions
- Office-based role in Prague, onsite presence is expected most of the week.
