Location: Hybrid, 2 days in office preferredKey Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with HR and divisional leaders to ensure supplier services meet expectations.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead negotiations, manage complex agreements, ensure contracts protect company interests.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build partnerships, monitor performance, foster innovation, optimize capabilities.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure sourcing strategies follow local laws and company policies.
- Lead RFPs: Manage local or regional projects with key stakeholders and implement aligned solutions.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–7+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong contract management knowledge (MSAs, Task Orders)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proactive, results-driven, and innovative mindset
- Ability to influence and deliver in complex, multi-country environment
