We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Product Technical Engineers are accountable for the deliverables of their scope (here EDC Mechanical portion, all or part of the design, integration, validation of the product) to ensure the success of the project.Accountable for the deliverables:Apply the specific PDP of their Platform/Module following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targetsApplies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardization based on sound justificationsSupport design reviews, internal and with suppliersReport and escalate to their Project manager or R&D manager as neededSupport the Project for the detailed scheduling and budgetingContribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipment, investmentsParticipates to establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestonesFollow activities and spending of their scope to meet their allowed budgetAlignment with the contributorsRegular alignment with all R&D contributors, dedicated or notAssign to them the work packages as neededRegular reviews with R&D manager and the other Project team membersYour profile:Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical domain (thermodynamics is a plus)Experience in compressor development and design, especially with mechanical parts (steel, aluminum, casting)Knowledge of CAD toolsUnderstanding of prototype processes and validation testsEnglish language fluency is a must; Czech is beneficialAbility to troubleshoot and identify failure causesFamiliarity with PLM systems and change management procedures is beneficialExperience with high-speed rotating machines, compressors, and air conditioning systems is advantageousJob: R&D Team Leader/ArchitectOrganization: Advanced DevelopmentSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Main Employment (standard value)Job Posting Date: 2025-06-16Join Us !
