We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer to make a team even stronger. The aim of the project is to built a central working place with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for the service department (service, sales and marketing module). Dynamics 365 CE is highly integrated with 6 ther backend systems by means of Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions. IRAME Integrations are used to directly access the backend UIs from within Dynamics 365. Azure Cognitive Services and LUIS (Language Understanding) are used to automatically identify service cases and route them appropriately.
