In this role, you'll drive agile development, lead developers, and deliver impactful solutions that empower the organization. You'll own product roadmaps, align global stakeholders, and foster adoption of analytics solutions that create real business impact. If you're passionate about translating complex business needs into powerful data products—we’d love to have you on board! This role is based in Prague with up to 3 days remote work per week.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Plan, manage, and deliver multi-stream insights and analytics programs from initiation through release.
Establish program governance, structure, and cadence to drive alignment across functions.
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; proactively manage mitigation plans.
Define, refine, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Prioritize the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders to maximize value delivery.
Partner with development teams and business teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful delivery.
Support change management, communication, and training strategies to drive adoption of analytics products.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / BI Delivery Lead
Strong expertise in Agile practices and managing complex, multi-domain business setups.
Proficient in using Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar tool for backlog management, documentation, and team collaboration.
Passion for teamwork, delivering great customer experiences, and continuous learning.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication across global teams and stakeholders.
