- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers through regular 1:1s, code reviews, and continuous feedback
- Own and drive the team’s SDLC processes: sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives (Scrum)
- Ensure production stability and operational excellence of AI applications, including incident response and support escalation
- Testing strategies
- CI/CD pipelines
- Documentation standards
- Code quality and maintainability
- 5–7+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years in a team lead or technical lead role, i.e Acting TL
- Proven experience supporting production systems, including on-call rotations, incident management, and SLA ownership
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using frameworks such as FastAPI, Pydantic, or similar
- End-to-end SDLC ownership: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with AI/ML tooling and LLM-based application development
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- 5 weeks of holidays + extra corporate days off
