Job field: Culture, art and creative work | Marketing, Media, Advertising & PRThe Bursar of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University appoints a selection procedure for the position.PR and Marketing Specialist for the CREATIC Center of Excellence CREATIC (with working hours 34-40 per week)The Centre of Excellence CREATIC of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno, was established on 1 January 2024 and focused on research and development of cell and gene therapy for selected rare diseases. We cooperate with the Fraunhofer Institute IZI (Germany), the University of Leipzig (Germany) and the University of Copenhagen (Denmark). The establishment of the centre will be supported by the prestigious European grant Teaming for Excellence and a grant from the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports for the next 5 years.Are you passionate about building strong brands and interested in working in a dynamic environment? The scope of your work will be:
- Creation of graphic outputs and marketing materials for the center (letterheads, official documents, templates)
- Responsibility for the center's visual presentation
- Communication with printers and agencies, processing quotations
- Coordination of the preparation and organization of conferences, seminars, and promotional events
- Designing and securing promotional items and printed materials, including their tracking and management
- Collaborating on social media content, creating and managing advertising campaigns
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of web presentations, updating and editing website content
- Writing texts, news, and articles; copywriting
- Providing general marketing support for the center
- Secondary or university education (PR, communications, or marketing is an advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in creating graphic materials and a well-developed sense of aesthetics
- Excellent command of the Czech language, both written and spoken
- English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and a creative, innovative approach
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for assigned tasks
- You will become part of an international team focused on clinical trials at a newly established international university center-unique of its kind in the Czech Republic-dedicated to rare diseases affecting both pediatric and adult patients, where the center's scientific outcomes significantly increase patients' chances of survival and quality of life.
