- Strong focus on Process Improvement and Harmonization.
- Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) and related Finance processes.
- Leading experience in Process Transformation and ERP implementation initiatives, including process design, testing scope definition and business readiness preparation.
- Experience in transforming complex requirements into actionable process design decisions.
- Ability to lead workshops, manage key client executives and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to prepare fit-to-standard and functional documentation.
- Experience with the SAP Finance (FI) module.
- Excellent English communication skills, analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Residency in Czechia and a valid work permit are required.
- Deliver Finance Transformation initiatives across full project cycle
- Collect and analyze business requirements and design optimized “To-Be” processes
- Lead client workshops on process design, best practices, and solution architecture
- Document process design decisions in line with client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Deloitte methodologies
- Support practice development and contribute to internal capability growth.
- Business support during ERP implementations for Finance
- As-Is process analysis and To-Be design based on Deloitte best practices
- Process documentation, testing and user training to drive process improvements and efficiency
