- Decompose customer, safety, and security requirements into system requirements
- Collect all stakeholder requirements internal, external, legal, etc.
- Organize and lead the review process of the system requirements
- Trigger change request process and analyze the impact of stakeholder requirement changes
- Adapt legal / regulatory / compliance / supplier requirements to the project
- Implement the requirements plan (metrics concepts, traceability concept, document structure, requirements structure etc.)
- Has full ownership of the system requirements and is the first contact for the RFQ and / or development team
- Assist the lead engineers to write lower-level requirements
- Support the product architect to understand the system requirements
- Support the product architect to trace the requirements into architecture
- Support the product architect to implement the System requirements into architecture
- Support system test to write system test cases
- Support system test to write tests KPI's
- Support the system test to define validation criteria
- Analyze the initial set of requirements from the customer
- Discuss and align stakeholder requirements internal and external (supplier and customer)
- Support the RFQ Team to plan the implementation of the System Requirements
- Organize the review for the initial customer requirements
- Support the initial ramp up of the project after award
- Prepare the compliance matrix and the exceptions and assumptions record
- Engineering studies in electronics, mechanics, physics or similar
- At least 2 years requirements engineering experience
- Experience in system engineering is beneficial
- Good Knowledge: Doors; Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge of ISO 15288 or SE-Handbook is beneficial (System Engineering Processes)
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 is beneficial (Functional Safety)
