Job Description:This role is a strategic individual contributor responsible for the design, execution, and governance of compensation, equity, and retirement programs across the EMEA region and globally. The position oversees regional compensation programs—including base pay, variable incentives, long-term incentives, and recognition—while serving as the global subject matter expert for equity compensation (RSUs, PSUs, stock options) and qualified and non-qualified retirement programs.Partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, external vendors, and HR business partners, the role ensures programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and well-communicated, supporting Envista’s broader total rewards and talent strategies. Using market insights and business inputs, the role helps attract, motivate, and retain talent while delivering operational excellence and a strong employee experience across regions.Main Tasks:Partner with HR, regional leaders, and the Total Rewards team to design, deliver, and communicate competitive compensation programs, including base pay, annual and long-term incentives, and recognition programs.Support global compensation strategy through market benchmarking, job architecture, pay equity and transparency, annual compensation planning, and ad hoc analysis to enable effective pay decisions.Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HR business partners and business leaders, providing insights, recommendations, and education on compensation philosophy, programs, and practices.Lead the strategy, design, and ongoing evolution of global equity programs, partnering with Total Rewards leadership, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders to ensure programs support business growth, retention, and long‑term value creation.Own the end‑to‑end administration of equity compensation programs, including grant processes, vesting, forfeitures, reporting, and participant communications.Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors to support equity plan design, administration, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.Lead governance and administration of retirement programs, including the Company’s 401(k) and Deferred Compensation plans, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and participant engagement.Support M&A activity and broader Total Rewards initiatives, including program integration, vendor management, and continuous improvement of tools and processes (including Workday).Job Requirements:Experience and qualifications:
  • B.S./B.A. degree.
  • 10+ years experience in total rewards, equity compensation, retirement programs, or related roles Fluent in English.
  • Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented leadership mindset, combined with strong execution capability and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong client focus, with a customer centric approach
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
  • Confident, innovative, decisive thinker.
  • Critical thinking and process efficiency skills that will improve processes.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
